"The parking situation at Cozy Suites was absolutely horrible. Nobody tells you when you book that you have to walk half a mile to your apartment. If you book an apartment in building five, you would think your parking would be near/around building five but no instead your parking is across the entire complex at the end of another building. When you call to to see about getting a closer parking all they say is, I’m sorry and it’s a safe complex to walk. My family and I will not be staying here...

I think is the worst experience that I've ever had staying at an apartment."

"We so appreciated the convenience of where this property is located in Glendale. Within 4 minutes, you are on the highway to get to any location you want to enjoy. We (3 women) always felt safe within the locked, gated property. Only hiccup we had was that our entry code wasn’t correct when we got there and then changed during our stay without notice, but the 24/7 support number provided to us in our welcome email rectified the issue within 10 minutes. We enjoyed our stay!"

"Property location was outstanding. Easy to find and access. Over all a cute place to stay. No elevators on this building which was a little difficult with suitcases for a week for 3 guests. I don't recall reading about that in the descriptions. The furniture was not cozy for 3 guests. Chairs are stiff and couch doesn't fit 3 and is not comfortable. We were not able to cook like we wanted to because although we told them there was 3 guests they only had 2 bowls, 2 forks, 4 coffee cups, 3 drinking...

Bathrooms were nice with plentiful hot water and very good water pressure for showers. Microwave was nice and powerful. We appreciated the condiments and supplies left behind by previous guests. The couches looked good, smelled clean and were comfortable. The mattresses allowed a good night's rest though the MBR mattress felt quite worn on the nearest side. The electrical outlets...
