"First off, the location of my stay was incredible! Walking distance to shopping outlets, fast food, and even restaurants which was an amazing! From the booking, to checking in, and checking out, it was all a breeze, communication between the host and I was consistent, and no delay if there was any problems. "The apartment was nice, good location, bigger than expected, and the building has many amenities like gym, pool, grills, lounge that are very good. But the apartment was extremely dirty, all of it, kitchen, carpet, night table, closet, sheets, Flor, etc There was no toilet paper when I got there, one, one of the 2 towels was soaked, no shampoo or soap. I think is the worst experience that I've ever had staying at an apartment."

"The parking situation at Cozy Suites was absolutely horrible. Nobody tells you when you book that you have to walk half a mile to your apartment. If you book an apartment in building five, you would think your parking would be near/around building five but no instead your parking is across the entire complex at the end of another building. When you call to to see about getting a closer parking all they say is, I’m sorry and it’s a safe complex to walk. My family and I will not be staying here...

"This was the first time I ever rented a VRBO. It was a very positive experience. The room was comfortable and the location was close to everything. The only thing I would change, there are no lights outside near the door making it hard to see at night."

"We so appreciated the convenience of where this property is located in Glendale. Within 4 minutes, you are on the highway to get to any location you want to enjoy. We (3 women) always felt safe within the locked, gated property. Only hiccup we had was that our entry code wasn’t correct when we got there and then changed during our stay without notice, but the 24/7 support number provided to us in our welcome email rectified the issue within 10 minutes. We enjoyed our stay!"
