My not private “patio” was right on the street and honestly I would have preferred not having a sliding door to the street. Rooms are also very dark. The lobby, bar, and location are excellent but there are much nicer options for far less on downtown Phoenix."

"Love this resort! It’s beautiful with great amenities (multiple pools, golf). Unfortunately we had an issue with one of two rooms, which couldn’t be immediately repaired.. but they were fair in offering a discount. Will definitely stay again"

"I was surprised that the reviews did not mention that this hotel is much more like a motel , and not in a good section of town . I was expecting more of a boutique hotel from the photos and the way the comments were written up by others . I was surprised by the garbage outside the property and in the patio area . I was not comfortable in this place and do not recommend it to others."

"The amenities were great. When we checked in and tried to use our room shower it did not drain at all, The shampoo bottle was not attached to the wall (no big deal), and the door you had to push incredibly hard to get in. We notified staff about the shower but it was not fixed during our stay. "
