"My wifey & I stayed for the weekend. Security was our main priority when booking this stay. We booked the bigger room option & were pleased when we got to see it in person. It was cute & quaint. Parking was clutch & I couldn’t even get in the parking lot when we first arrived without staff reviewing my reservation. The only thing we wished we didn’t have to deal with is the fire alarm’s beeping. Every 30sec to a min it beeped because the battery needed replacement. When trying to sleep at night in silence, that could seem pretty loud & we are light sleepers. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Clean, quiet & had everything we needed."

"The best part about this hotel waa the free parking and the manager Marlene. Dallas (one of the people at the front desk) was not helpful as when we got to our room, the shower was moldy and rusty and the room smelled weird. I told Dallas about it and he said all of the rooms are probably like that and I can talk to the housekeeping manager the next morning and show her the shower. I didn't take a shower that evening and went down the next morning to talk to the new person (Marlene) who was at the front desk. She moved me to another room after I told her what happened. The showee was better but I think they just need to redo all the bathrooms in this hotel. Dallas needs some sort of training. In addition to the room situation, my cousin asked Dallas if the coffee was fresh and/or how long was it sitting. Dallas responded and said I don’t make the coffee, it's not my job. He just didn't seem helpful at all."

"Book at your peril. Stayed here for one night out of the eight booked nights. This is a fraudulent listing and is misrepresented. The address given is 1710, the actual address is 1708, this is not a townhouse and is totally misrepresented in the description. This was not apparent until arrival. The host was not available to contact, we tried by email / phone and via the attached ring doorbell without any response. On arrival the beds looked like someone had been sleeping in one, the other was dishevelled as if a child had left it ten minutes before our arrival. The condition was poor in general, the coffee table had its own life form present, and to top it off, no wi-fi, no welcoming pack, no instructions and no interest from the host, there were rips in the furniture, the whole place was dirty and unwelcoming. As we arrived late, we had no choice but to stay on the first night. We refused to stay more than one night and opted to move on and find alternative accommodation. The first contact we had from the host was when we vacated the property. This is a fraudulent listing, it is not a charming townhouse, more a duplex in a property that requires serious upgrading to match the description and pictures on Expedia. The pictures are excellent but they do not represent the location, property, location and facilities. It is however, 'quite' close to the airport terminal (16 minutes by Uber) not 5 minutes. Book at your peril, unless you prefer to stay in a dump !!"

"The room smelled like mold and everything in there felt damp. I expected more for the rate I paid. The staff was nice and the breakfast was good and I could tell the housekeepers were doing the best they could with what they had but I was very disappointed. I expected more for the rate I paid."
