"When I arrived, the interior looks great. However, the rest of the building from elevator, to walls, to door are filthy and needs painting. The first room was filthy with hair everywhere on the beds and all over the bathroom. Pillowcase with makeup on it. The second was even worst! Toilet was clogged and didn't flush. Bathroom was nasty. I couldn't believe this! It took a staff member to take me around to view and find a clean room. The 4th room was decent, but later discovered the floors hadn't been swept or mop. My white socks revealed that.
That morning, I requested that the room be vacuum, swept and mop. Even told front desk that the floors were filthy. All I got was clean towels placed on my suitcase. I walked on towels throughout the room. I ended up buying supplies to sanitize and clean the room. Just filthy!
I heard workers doing breakfast complaining about guest complaining about rooms not be clean. Instead of them working and cleaning rooms, they're sitting, on phone, and eating breakfast.
The side entrance door doesn't lock and the keys doesn't work. So anyone can walk into the property
I couldn't get another hotel due to them being booked. I'm very disappointed with this company and the care of their property. I will no longer stay on this property, the overall experience was AWFUL! I can't say "You get what you pay for" because they were costly, few dollars cheaper than Hilton. Hilton and others were booked!
