What a great place!!!!! Damian's home is wonderfully spacious. While great pictures on the site - they don't do justice to the total amount of space that you will have. Really just wonderful! It is (very) centrally located. A million things to do in the area. Every night we watched movies on the projector - what a great treat!!!! It has a great deck, lawn, and area for the kids to play. Definitely the best VRBO we have ever stayed in - and we will definitely be back if we are in the area ever again.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille à Avranches, je recommande fortement cette location pour son charme, sa localisation en plein coeur de la ville et pour l'excellente communication avec son hôte. Cela nous a donné envie de revenir !

Tout était parfait. A commencer par l'accueil de Damien, à la fois très disponible et facilitant, en donnant des formations complètes et détaillées sur l'hébergement et notre séjour. Mais aussi discret, en nous laissant profiter pleinement de la propriété. L'hébergement est en plein centre d'Avranches, tous les commerces sont accessibles en 30 secondes. La maison est au calme dans une cours intérieure. Elle est très spacieuse, joliement décorée, l'équipement est complet, tout le monde s'est sentis comme à la maison. "trop bien" comme ont dit les enfants, même si ils n'ont pas gagné beaucoup de parties de babyfoot, ils ont adorés. Encore un grand merci à Damien pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité.

Nous avons passé un très agréable moment en famille dans cette maison conviviale très bien aménagée et équipée où les espaces permettent à la fois de se regrouper et de disposer d'intimité. A proximité du Mont St Michel et de toutes les commodités. Ce fut une belle expérience. Nous étions tous ravis. Et...Merci Damien pour ton bon accueil.😊

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette belle propriété située en plein centre ville d'Avranches. La maison dispose de grands espaces et de belles chambres. Une cuisine et un salon agréables et fonctionnels pour passer de bons moments en famille! Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire. Très sympathique.

There were 7 of us including 5 adults and 2 kids and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Avranches! Damien was so easy to work with and the 7-year-old in our group exclaimed that this was the BEST place we stayed in over 3 weeks of travel since Damien and his wife allow guests to use their kids’ toys. Be sure to get Brioche, fruit tartes, and bread from the Boulangerie at Place Patton! Not to be missed!

Super séjour chez Damien et sa famille en plein centre ville d’ Avranches. La maison est magnifique , très bien décorée , fonctionnelle , la literie est confortable, les chambre spacieuses et propres , les salles de bain très jolies , la terrasse très agréable, le salon convivial ! On s’y sent comme à la maison !! Damien nous a bien expliqué les consignes pour notre arrivée et était disponible pour la moindre question !je recommande vivement cette maison à tous les voyageurs pour visiter la Normandie !

Très belle maison, très spacieuse, très bien située pour accéder rapidement aux plages et autres visites touristiques dans la Manche. Les enfants ont pu profiter du jardin et des nombreux jeux mis à disposition par les propriétaires. Les propriétaires ont été très disponibles avant et pendant notre séjour. Adresse à recommander et à conserver !

Très jolie maison, très agréable à vivre! Vraiment spacieuse, nous étions 12, dont 6 enfants et ils avaient de grands espaces pour jouer. Nous nous y serions installés plus longtemps avec grand plaisir! Il ne manquait rien, tout est fait pour se sentir vraiment comme chez soi. La région est de plus très agréable à visiter. Merci à Damien, le propriétaire, pour sa disponibilité et et toutes ses attentions pour que tout se passe au mieux. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

La communication avec le propriétaire a été très facile avant, pendant.. et après la la location. Tout était parfait à notre arrivée: propreté, instructions de stationnement, mémo pour l'utilisation des différents appareils, etc. Le logement est situé en centre ville, facile d'accès avec des facilités de stationnement pour plusieurs voitures. Il correspond parfaitement à la description. Il est très agréable, fonctionnel et nous n'hésiterons pas à le relouer dès que nous en aurons la possibilité. Je le recommande vivement !

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette très grande maison en plein centre ville d'Avranches. Nous étions 11 personnes et nous n'avions aucun souci de places. Damien nous a donné toutes les infos à notre arrivée et était disponible. Les enfants avaient un jardin avec beaucoup de jouets proposés. Un grand merci à Damien car ce séjour fut très agréable. Séjour très agréable dans cette belle maison de ville qui garde son cachet ancien tout en étant rénovée avec beaucoup de goût. La maison est lumineuse, spacieuse et très bien équipée. Nous avons apprécié le jardin et ses jeux d'enfants gentiment mis à disposition, et bien profité de la terrasse avec son barbecue. Calme absolu dans un quartier vivant et commerçant d'Avranche. Contact très sympathique avec les propriétaires. Bref, que des points positifs, nous recommandons vivement cette location !

Très belle maison, particulièrement spacieuse. Adaptée aux familles avec enfants, proximité des plages et surtout du Mont. Nous avons tout particulièrement apprécié les conseils du propriétaire et reviendrons avec plaisir.
