"Excellent hotel stay with amazing value and hospitable staff. I was not expecting such a wonderful stay with a mid-priced hotel. Fresh inn is offering all the comfort and convenience to its guests with genuine hospitality from every staff. Their buffet breakfast is simple yet delicious. Would definitely come back. 10/10"

"The onsen spa and views from the hotel room were fantastic! The rooms could use a little improvement. Ours was a non-smoking room, but it had a lingering smoke odor, and the mattresses could use updating. We really enjoyed the use of the electric bikes and loved the little fishing village atmosphere. Staff was very helpful."

"It's a bit out of Tokyo central, but if the location suits your agenda this is an excellent hotel chain for no fuss accommodation at a fair price. The hotel also received a parcel for me prior to my arrival which was greatly appreciated. Note, although the staff are friendly and obliging, this is a business hotel, not a tourist hotel, so don't expect comprehensive tourist support information or services. "
