"This place has no staff, fully self check in. Check in information is sent prior to arrival so check your messages in Expedia app for updates ( donāt reply to watsapp msgs. Likely scams ). Check in was easy and place is like the photo. Itās a very perfect place to bring dogs and kids. The view is beautiful. We managed to see Mt Fuji. We are so glad we chose this hotel for our last night in Tokyo. Fantastic staff. Room was spacious with good amenities. Great bed. Blackout shades. Very quiet despite being on a busy street. Just a block away from the nearest train station, and free shuttle to the airport (Haneda).
