"Not sure why info says it sleep 7 but hotel only allows 4 (only 4 single beds, no sofa bed). Confusing which room you get but we booked for 12 family and stayed at room B, D, E. Room D is spacious, room B, I like the set up and spacious enough, Room E had no space at all specially if you have luggages. Overall, we liked our stay. Reviews stated it was unmanned hotel but there is security code to get in lobby and to get in our room. There’s a Family Mart right below us which is very convenient....

"作りの古さはあるとはいえ、それを補って余りあるリフォームの手際。ロケーション（大通りがすぐ近く、線路も比較的近く）ということによる音、ほぼ板一枚ガラス一枚で外の歩道と接していることによる朝の通勤時人々が行き交う音や話し声といった事を気にするかどうかが意見の分かれるところかもしれませんが、ここは都会に残された昭和の民家。懐かしさを感じさせてくれ、私はそうした外の音も環境音として受け入れられました。時代に置いてけぼりにされた小さな民家、きっと傷みも少なくなかったであろう家に息吹を吹き込んだリフォームやインテリアの工夫に脱帽です。"

"Visited from California with my partner, and we had a great time. The hotel was located right next to the train station (2 minute walk to the Toei line), and had a coffee shop, Lawson store, and restaurant surrounding it (super convenient). The room was smaller and intimate, but very clean and with all of the necessities. Most major Tokyo destinations (Shibuya, Shinjuku, Akihabara, etc) are all about a 30 min train ride from the hotel. "Room was comfortable, but had no view looking out to building. Also, room had very good storage space for clothing. Good shower facility. Walkable to China town. "

"This was the best hotel I have ever stayed at in Japan and I have stayed in many over the years. It was clean, modern, had a fully stocked kitchen, and was very spacious compared to Japanese standards. The housekeeping was great every day and I had a beautiful view of Mount Fuji during sunset every day and a view over Yokohama. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone."
