Staff very courteous and happy to help. (Friendly feedback… hot breakfast items not great and tough to eat, as they seem to be cooked up early and left to dry out under the heat lamps). "

"I was originally going to stay elsewhere but switched last minute. The hotel is perfectly positioned, next to the city centre yet quiet. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable and breakfast was fantastic. A great stay, we will be back. Thank you! "

"Beautiful building with lots of interesting features. The security between floors etc was very good, key card needed to access hallways, the lifts etc was higher than we have experienced before and made us feel very safe. Everywhere was spotlessly clean, the staff were lovely and breakfast was all fresh and hot. We will definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family"
