"We stayed for five nights. Perfect location in center of Toulouse. Room was clean and comfortable. Solid building with thick windows so no noise from streets. AC worked well. Receptionist arranged a taxi for an early run to the airport and he arrived right on time. Staff pleasant and helpful."

"The room was lovely. Everything you need was there -- shampoo, conditioner, soap, a kettle, tea, coffee . . . I would have liked to have hotter water in the shower, with more water pressure. I didn't eat in the restaurant, but was happy to see it was open 24 hours."

"As compared to the previous stay when we stayed for one night, there were a few problems. The room this time was a lot smaller than the previous one. The toilet was so small that in the evening after using the toilet I banged my head to the door handle. I am still getting headaches. The hotel needs to review this room."
