"Avis mitigé parce qu l'endroit est magnifique, reposant, bien décoré. le personnel est adorable mais quelques désagréments à l'arrivée : Découverte de notre réservation à notre arrivée. télévision en panne, aucun produit dans la salle de bains. Aucune modification n'a été apporté. Vu le standing et la beauté du lieu, un accueil personnalisé aurait aussi été apprécié. Le séjour s'est très bien passé, pas de restauration sur place. 10/10 Excellent

"Very kind and pleasing staff"

Mama Shelter Toulouse

10/10 Excellent

"What a cool vibey high energy hotel. I knew nothing of Mama Shelter before staying at this property, but I'll definitely stay at other "Mama's" Great location close to everything and the buzz of the City, yet the rooms were quiet. Amenities: Great breakfast buffet. I should have included it for all days...next time. Fitness facilities: There are none. Come on Mama, get with the wellness program. Restaurant: Just hopping and buzzing at night, and cafe loungey during the day allowing you to do get some work done while listening to some great tunes. Staff: Friendly, polite, professional and helpful. Get hotel. Great stay!"

Sangha Toulouse Hôtel Bar & Rooftop

8/10 Good

"Beautiful modern clean hotel used for a one night business stay. Friendly staff. Great rooftop terrace to enjoy the fresh air whilst working from the laptop. Food is limited in this hotel although plenty of choice outside metres away in the square. Breakfast selection was poor even more poorly replenished for guests arriving to breakfast 8am onwards. More fruits, yoghurts, bread needed. The sink in room 602 had poor drainage. I would stay again for ease of location & onsite parking."
