The staff went out of there way many times to help me with translation, transportation and other items. They made a rough time much easier. The location was also great close to many restaurants, grocery and metro. "

I contacted the hotel and they said they could give me a discount on another night instead but when I got there a few days later they didn’t honor that promise. They just gave me free breakfast. And the breakfast was not very impressive. The location is great and Toulouse is a nice city, but I would suggest staying somewhere else more honorable "
