"The townhouse has been modernized & tastefully decorated & was very clean. It was just as described online. Definitely has several stairs so wouldn’t be great for elderly or those with difficulty on stairs. But the host was incredibly helpful, communicative & friendly. I especially appreciated the snack basket w/waters they left for us & the nice toiletries in the restrooms. So nice!!! The location worked well for us for the music festival. "Great stay at Village at 74th in Myrtle Beach. Condo was clean and as described by the pictures. Centrally located and 2 minutes walk from the beach. Would stay again there."
