Authentic and easy to reach. The location is on a walking distance to the center but not too close so it's nice and quiet. The room was clean and organized and had everything needed in it. The staff was especially friendly and can definitely recommend. Thank you!

Hayriye Hanim Konağ Hotel Experience

We went as 4 people. The workers were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. The room was small. There was no parking included. It was hard to locate the hotel even using google maps. Overall, we were happy and plan to stay again.

Disaster

I could not reach the hotel to stay. It was an impossible task. Middle of the old town and the navigation systems read the little alleyways as a street (they are marked as streets), I got stuck at one point, I Called the hotel, but they were not helpful at all. They did not put any signs to the narrow roads to show the hotel directions, it was a total disaster, it was an absolute nightmare. I would not recommend it to anyone. I had to give up and leave the old town area and find another hotel to go to. I called the hotel again to cancel it, but they said that could not be done., Terrible eperiance .

Temizlik konusunda gayet iyiler, ancak karşılama ve misafirlerle ilgilenme kısmında biraz zayıf bulduk. Merkeze yakın olması çok artı bir avantaj özelikle araçsız misafirler için. Kahvaltı yoktu çok sorun değil fakat ücretsiz çay nescafe su ikramları mevcut. Ücret karşılığında türk kahvesi olabilir ama yoktu. Biz sadece konaklama amaçlı kullandığımız için genel anlamda memnun kaldık.

Eşimle birlikte bir gece konakladık. Oda temiz ve düzenliydi. Resepsiyonda bulunan Barış bey ilgili ve kibardı. Resepsiyon katında kalmanızı tavsiye etmem biraz gürültü oluyor. Odada tek eksik çamaşır kurutma alanının olmaması. Çevresi Ayvalık’a has dar sokaklardan oluşuyor ve alışık değilseniz buralarda araba kullanmak zor. Merkeze 5-6 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Genel olarak memnun kaldık. Teşekkürler

Ayvalık'a gittiğimizde kalmayı tercih ettiğimiz bir otel. Gayet temiz, lokasyonu iyi, çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve yardımcılar. Tek sıkıntı duvarlar çok ince, diğer odalarda konuşulanlar bile duyuluyor. Özellikle bu sefer bahçesindeki gençlerin sesi gece boyunca bizi uyutmadı. Diğer otellerdeki gibi 'sessiz saatler' uyarısı konulmalı. Bahçe belli bir saatten sonra kapatılmalı. Eğer gececi bir resepsiyon görevlisi olsa bu sorun da çözülür diye düşünüyorum çünkü insanlar resepsiyonun boş olduğunu görünce daha rahat hareket ediyorlar. Diğer insanların saygısızlığı otelin sorumluluğunda değil tabiki ama uyarmak onların görevi. Ben bu sıkıntılar çözülmezse sezonda bir daha orada kalmayı tercih etmem ama sezon dışında yine giderim.

Güzel sevimli bir butik otel. Konumu iyi fakat arabayla ulaşmak çok zor. Odalar biraz daha temiz tutulsa ve odalara çay kahve setuplar konulsa kalitesini çok yükseltebilir.
