We had a lovely stay at Kastoria. The rooms are super clean - one of the cleanest we had in Turkiye, the house is beautifully renovated and the family who is hosting is very sweet. They really want to make your stay as good as possible. Also they gave some great tips about what to do and where to go. We booked an extra night, because we liked it so much.

The hotel is a renewed Greek house and is really beautiful. It’s close to the city centre and good restaurants. You can not reach the hotel by car (because of the narrow streets of Ayvalik), but there is a parking place really close to it. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast is served at the terrace, and you can enjoy it appreciating the view to the sea. Apart from the comfort, the hospitality of the owners, and the delicious breakfast (for sure one of the best we had) made our experience there perfect. We really hope to go back!

Genel olarak gayet memnun kaldık. Oldukça temiz ve düzenli bir oda ve banyo. Fakat banyosu oldukça küçüktü. Merkeze çok yakın; biraz yokuşlu ama yine de abartılı değil. Kiper Bey ve hanımı nazik ve güler yüzlüydü. Terası kullanma fırsatı bulamasak da güzel görünüyordu.

Genel olarak konaklamamızdan memnun kaldık, 2 arkadaş 2 gece konakladık;odamız biraz küçüktü ama temizdi ve bize yetti. Kahvaltı ve manzarası güzeldi. Sahibi ve çalışanları tarafından güler yüzle karşılandık bize ilçe hakkında bilgilendirme de yaptılar.

Kiper Bey bize cok yardım etti. Cok memnun kaldık Ayvalık’a tekrar gidersek gene burada kalırız. Otopark yuruyerek 5 dakika. Cok temiz bir aile işletmesi.

Bir pansiyon olarak tercih edilebilir . Ama o zaman neden bir otel fiyatı ?? 1 gecesi usd 130 !! Ben de zannettim ki ufak bir saraya gidiyoruz :) Bu abartı yüzünden Yunanistan’a gidiyor insanımız . Ayrıca araba ile ulaşmak çok zor . 200 mt ileride otoparka bırakıp elinizde bavullarla yokuş çıkarak gitmeye hazır olun . Diğer yandna çok temiz . Güler yüzlü personel . Mütevazi ama lezzetli bir kahvaltı . İyi bir manzara . Küçük odalar .

Otelin konumu merkeze oldukça yakındı, istediğimiz yerlere ulaşım konusunda hiçbir sıkıntı yaşamadık. Kahvaltısını çok beğendik, el yapımı börek ve poğaçalarını cok sevdik. Ayvalığa bir daha geldiğimizde mutlaka uğramak isteyeceğimiz bir yer.

Ayvalıkta geçirdiğimiz hafta sonunun oldukça rahat ve keyifli geçmesinin sebeplerinden biri de kaldığımız bu Rum Evi oldu bizim için. İlk girdiğimiz andan itibaren pansiyon sahibi Kiper Bey ve eşi tarafından karadut şurubu eşliğinde çok samimi, sıcak bir şekilde karşılandık. Ayvalık ve Cunda'da neler yapabileceğimize ilişkin verdikleri öneriler sayesinde hem güzel hem ekonomik lezzetler tattık, güzel yerlere gittik. Odamız tertemizdi. Kahvaltı çok çeşitli, doyurucu ve lezzetliydi. Kahvaltımızı yaptığımız terasın manzarası harikaydı. Konum olarak ise ayvalık sahile çok yakın, ayvalığın tüm güzel sokak ve kafelerine yürüme mesafesindeydi. Çok memun bir şekilde ayrıldık :)

Terasta kahvaltı güzeldi. Temiz ve yeterliydi odalar. Balayı çifti olduğumuzu belirtmiştik odayı süslemişlerdi çok hoşumuza gitti. Biz çok memnun kaldık
