Was completely unhappy with our stay. The television was not working properly, no channels in English. Bathroom drains were clogged and backed up. Parking was not convenient. The staff was friendly and tried to be helpful.

It says hotel started to operate in 2016, but looks like it is working for last 30 years. Service and food is ok. But my biggest disappointment was a beach. The sent is full of burned cigarettes, we complained to the resection but it didn’t change anything. Hope they will do something about it .

Otel gerçekten çok korforlu. Plaj hemen önünde, deniz muazzam ve şezlonglar ücretsiz. Yemek konusunda çorba yapmayı bilmiyorlar, çorbalar su gibi ve asla içinde bir parça yok (yayla pirincsiz, düğün çorbası etsiz mesela), et pişirmeyi de bilmiyorlar bence. Ama çok eksikliğini hissetmiyorsunuz. Çok çeşitli menüsü var ve sürekli snack bar da bir şey çıkıyor zaten 😂 pandemi kapsamında sürekli karton bardak ve snacklerde köpük tabak kullanılıyor. Tek kullanımlık eldivensiz ürün alamıyorsunuz ama gel gelelim bu kadar geri dönüşüm malzemesi çöpe gidiyormuş. Bunu yakıştıramadım. Artan yemekler, yiginlarca köpük tabak ve karton bardak içimi acıttı.

Otelden genel olarak memnun kaldık, otel temiz ve bakımlıydı, personel kibar ve ilgiliydi, yemek çeşitleri yeterli ve lezzetliydi, deniz çok temizdi ve plaj imkanları yeterliydi, havuzlar yeterliydi, güzel ve keyifli bir tatil oldu. Otel yönetimi ve personeline teşekkür ederiz.

Ben yalnız gittim. Tek kadın olarak zorlanır mıyım, rahatsız olur muyum diye düşünmedim değil ama öyle bir ortam yoktu. Çoğu aileydi zaten. Tek şikayetim başka odada tuvalet kullanımından sonra sifon sesi gelmesiydi. Gece birkaç kez uyanmama sebep oldu. Deniz tarafında bulunan wcler çok temiz değildi. Peçete vs çoğu zaman eksikti. Otel sorumluluğunda mıydı o kısım bilmiyorum. Kahvaltı ve yemeklerde biraz tekrara düşülüyor ama lezzetliydi ve çeşitliydi gayet. Genel anlamda iyiydi ama istediğim gibi kafamı dinleyip, rahatlayabildim.

Ayvalık gibi zeytinleri ile ünlü bir yerdeki otelin kahvaltıda sunduğu zeytinler hem otelin hem de Ayvalığın prestijini zedeler nitelikteydi. Genelde seyahat acentalarından rezervasyon yaptığımızda, o an için mevcut en kötü oda verilir. Bu sefer böyle olmadı. Odamızın deniz manzaralı olarak değiştirilmesine çok memnun olduk. Buna sebep Hotels.com mu Otel mi bilemiyorum. Bu sebeple her ikisine de teşekkürler... Bu kalite seviyesindeki bir otel için diğer her şey normaldi...

Otelin konumu, bulunduğu bölge itibarı ile güzeldi. Musho otelde konakladığımız için memnun kaldık. İnternette yorumları okuyarak gittik. Odalarda gördüğüm eksiklik WC kapısı sıkıntılıydı, kapı yanlarında açık vardı ve de bu hiç hoş değil. Bir diğer hususta duş alınan yerin yarım cam şeklinde olması. Daha sağlıklı olacaksa tamamen cam olması gerekirdi. En azından duş alınan yerinde ayrı bir kapısının olması gibi. Çünkü duş aldığınız zaman su gidere gitmek yerine lavobanın önüne doğru Akıntı verilmiş anlaşılan. Ayaklarınız sular altında kalabiliyor. Benim gözlemlediğim sorunlar bunlardı. Genel olarak konaklamada memnun kaldık. Sahili biraz daha temiz tutulabilir.

Otelin konumu denizi güzel. Plaj kumluk çocuklar için ideal. Düz ayak; bebek arabaları için iyi. Fakat otele ait tüm alanlar kabak gibi güneş altında. Önündeki beach biz gittiğimizde kapalıydı neyseki. Muhtemelen şezlong savaşı yapacaktık.. çünkü beache kiralanan alan büyük, dışında kalan alan çok küçük. Otel misafiri için yeterli değil. Gölge bir alan yok. Şezlong minderlerini bile eleman canı isterse 5-10 adet getirip o an dağıtıyor. Yoksa kırık ve lekeli şezlong kullanacaksınız. Yemekler çok kötü değil ama vasat. Aç kalmazsınız. Kahvaltı güzel, olması gereken herşey var. Odalar geniş ferah, banyosu temiz ve rahat. Ama o yerdeki halıfleks yok mu?! Allah rızası için sökün onu ordan. Hiçbişey yoksa fayans yapın kardeşim. Yazlık yerde neyin fleksi? Çok pis, hasta olduk tozundan. Küçük bir balkon var çok tehlikeli, bassanız düşecek gibi. Çiti camdan yapılmış bakarken korkarsınız. Odada sıcak su için çay ve kettle konması çok hoş bir detay. Genel anlamda derli toplu 1-2 gün kalınır bir otel ama uzun süreli mümkün değil. Hizmet kötü. Çok eksik var. Plaj kısmı temizlenmiyor. Yemekler süre bitmeden toplanmaya başlıyor, çatal kaşıkları alıyorlar önden ki kimse yemeği alamasın :) şaka gibi. Çay kazanına gidiyosun o yerinde ama bardak yok. Masadaki bardağını da hızlıca topluyorlar bir an önce kalk diye. Yani hizmet yok. Otel yeni olduğu için şimdilik kısa süreli kalınır o kadar.
