Comfortable Home on the Mesa

Explore the Four Corners region from this Southwest decorated casita on top of a mesa between Farmington, Bloomfield and Aztec. From here you are within driving distance of several Four Corners destinations: Durango Mountain Resort, Wolfcreek, Mesa Verde, Four Corners Monument, Chaco Canyon, Shiprock, Salmon Ruins, Aztec Ruins, Chokecherry Canyon, Pinion Hills Golf Course, Wines of the San Juan and Navajo Lake. Our Southwest Casita can serve as your base for skiing, fishing, hiking, ATVing, rock crawling, gambling, horse racing, train ride and sightseeing. If your activities require parking a trailer, there is plenty of room on our 3/4 acre lot.

Inside the house you'll find three comfortable bedrooms that will sleep six people. There is also a trundle bed that can accommodate one more if needed. The master suite has a California King bed and a separate shower and garden tub. The other two bedrooms have full size beds and share one full bathroom. Each bedroom has an alarm clock with a USB charger built in.

The kitchen is ready for you with basic cooking and eating utensils. If you need a microwave, coffee pot, skillet, blender, toaster, plates, forks, spoons or knives, we have got you covered. In the living room you'll find comfy couches, a smart TV, DVDs, board games and a few classic books. The game room will help fill the later hours with foosball, Wii, air hockey and a children's "dart board".

Before you leave, take a look out the kitchen window and enjoy the view of the La Plata mountains in Colorado.

We used this as a home base to explore the NW New Mexico, SW Colorado area. Clean and comfortable, the kitchen is well appointed, master bedroom very cozy, and room to relax after a day of sightseeing.Check in and out, communication with the host a breeze.We loved it!

Great place!

This place had everything we needed! Plenty of room. We really enjoyed our stay. No problems finding it although it’s not exactly in Aztec. We had some traffic noise but we live on a very quiet street, so most may not notice this. Overall couldn’t be happier!

Comfortable and Spacious

We came to the 4-corners area for a relaxing long weekend. The house is very spacious and the beds very comfortable. The game room is a nice separate space and it was nice that there is a Wii and a smart TV. The location was great, as were only 10-15 minutes from Aztec propped, Bloomfield, and Farmington. It’s only an hour from Durango too, so we spent time in all of these places. It is on a fairly busy road, but the traffic was not a bother at all.

A spacious stay in semi-rural location

This property couldn't had any more entertainment options. From the game room to the games, books and magazines, there is more than enough to keep you busy during your stay. The view out the kitchen window is beautiful and unobstructed. I stayed when it was very windy and the outside wall hanging came down, but otherwise I had a great stay. The master bedroom was especially welcoming and I loved all the wooden furniture.

The house was not too hard to locate, even in dusk. The house was easy to enter (with code). There was everything one needed inside. If staying in that area, would want to stay there again. I wasn't able to contact the host, as advertised. Was probably my fault, I am not efficient with using modern notifications. I did try very hard to figure it out. It was a perfect spot for my family.
