"Hotel Baia Resort is highly recommended by me. Location is fantastic. Right on the beach. Service is nice. Above the guys Danilo and Stefano are amzaing, specially Danilo. Very helpful and courteous. Room 303 is really fantastic"
"Hotel Gabbiano provided a family friendly experience for our family. Attentive staff and great service made our time in Rimini special. Would absolutely book with them again. "
"The property was not clean, do not pay to use the’ spa’ not good. paid for sea view, room and bathroom were awful, paint peeling off walls and dirty old bathroom. View and balcony were only good things. Little Dog lives there and barks loudly all night, everytime anyone comes in/out of main doors! I really was unhappy to stay for the both nights but had already paid in advance so we did but was horrid. Breakfast was not laid out as shown and had been in previous hotel that week but ordered to...
"The couple that runs this B&B is very sweet and caring and we loved the breakfast they made for us with the fresh pastries and baked goods, yummy cold cuts, hard boiled eggs and of course the fabulous Italian cappuccino that we learned to love so much.
The shower was interesting, because it’s right on the middle of the bathroom with no curtain or doors around it, but it worked great and I ended up enjoying my shower there too. You just have to remove everything that shouldn’t get wet before you...

"Average hotel near beach in a densely built area. They own a 'slice' of beach, but you have to pay an additional fee to use it!!
Good breakfast."
"My wife and I had the pleasure of staying in this hotel for three days in the month of May shortly after their spring reopening. We chose this location because it was a beach front hotel and their fair pricing. The property itself is in good condition and their stall very friendly and helpful both. Parking was also easy and less cost over other hotels. We were pleasantly surprised to the unexpected free extras such as a daily beach front umbrella and beach seats we could lay down on. We enjoyed the daily included breakfast buffet with to order coffee options. The neighboring restaurants were all good. The church that’s near by wonderful!!! When you book make sure to book a room that says beach front view! We felt at home and enjoyed every day we were there. We traveled to the republic of San Marino that’s just a 45 minute drive away. I recommend this hotel!"

"Perfectly located, perfect staff and service, Outstanding breakfast and breakfast-room (wow). Property and facilities inside are perfect as well, only the outer face of the hotel from the beach-view looks a bit like "need to be renovated". But all in all a wonderful hotel - I would highly recommend to friends and everyone."
