"This was our family’s first trip back at Pointe Santo de Sanibel since Ian and it definitely exceeded our expectations! The unit was updated, clean and boasted many items of convenience; beach towels, chairs & umbrellas and a well-stocked kitchen for anyone interested in making meals. We all agreed the beds were very comfortable after long days on the water or at the beach!!"

"The townhouse is at the end of a quiet street and you can drive right into the garage. In the garage is a washer/dryer, pool floats, lots of beach chairs, umbrellas, beach wagon, small cooler, charcoal grill, fishing equipment, and bikes with helmets. There is a lanai adjoining the garage with a refrigerator and table/4chairs. An air conditioner can be turned on during use of the room that has patio doors leading to the deck, pool and beach path.Stairs lead up to the front door and into the living area with a well appointed kitchen, half bath, dining table for 6, plenty of seating in the living room with sliding doors that can be opened to listen to the ocean. Out a side door leads down stairs to the deck and beach.Upstairs are three bedrooms one king oceanfront with bath, a second king oceanfront and the third with twin beds. The second large bathroom is in the hallway. You can find plenty of beach towels in the closet along with iron and ironing board. Hairdryers are in each bathroom. Plenty of restaurants have opened back up on the island along with shopping. Jim, our host, was very informative about the area and called to make sure everything was to our liking."

"Property was perfect for our group of 6. It was clean and updated. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. Nicely furnished Nice view from the rooftop. Tons of shells on the beach. Pool area was nice. Great location. Our only issue were the no see ums. They were biting all day and were really bad at night. It helped if we put Off on when we went out but was still annoying. "

"Beautiful clean and very comfortable property in a stellar location. Both the view and the beach were phenomenal!! Everything was perfect and plenty of anything you need for the beach. Plenty of beach chairs and towels and even a wagon to cart it down to the sand. Beach was a hot spot for shells and even had huge shell piles the size that I have never seen before. Lots of birds to watch also which I loved. I barely had to walk at all to have a nice assortment of beautiful shells. Sunrise and sunsets were beautiful too! Could have only been better if it was longer and we stayed a week! Location is also close to shopping and dining on Sanibel! Easy to contact property management for any questions. Will definitely return!"
