"Overall, our stay was good. The staff could speak English, and were very helpful, helping us with directions, as well as problems with our Grab car. We were also given free bottles of water each day and a decent Indonesian breakfast. The room was basic, but had a large bed which was clean and comfortable. There is an open-plan shopping mall about 10 minutes walk away, which had a large supermarket and lots of eateries. "

"五つ星ホテルからこちらに移動し てきたので、最初に部屋に入った時は狭いと感じましたが、そのうち慣れました。三泊しましたが、この値段なら満足です。ドライヤーとアイロンと台もずっと借りることができました。朝食は郷土料理が美味しく、1日目と2日目に少し変化があって思ったよりも良かったです。子供がいるので、隣がケンタッキー、道向こうがマクドナルドという立地が決め手です。"

"早朝に空港着の為、空港近くの当該ホテルに宿泊しました。クリスマスイブだったが、ホテルにそれらしさは全くない。まあ、欧米系ではないので仕方無いが。またシーズンと空港近辺ということなのか宿泊費も3つ星にしては高額でした。ホテルはロビーが狭いのに、中国人の100レベルの団体と重なり、チェックイン手続きは延々。エレベータ ーも混雑が続く。ロビー横のレストラン？みたいな所にワルン(屋台)があり、美味しそうな鶏ガラスープの肉団子ラーメン(アヤムミーバソ)を販売していた。22時まで営業していますとの事なので、18:30から30分間毎に3回行きましたが、結局ずーっとクローズで、夕食たべられず。持っていたカップヌードルを食べようと思ってフロントに熱湯がないか聞きに行ったが、無いとのつれない返事。部屋は古い感じで、歯ブラシもアメニティも無し。夜中に蚊に3回4箇所刺され寝られず。最悪の一晩でした。"
