"It's been a long time since I stayed here, and I am pleased to see it's been modernized quite a bit. The location is excellent, especially considering the price (for Boston!).
My only criticism concerns the equipment we had delivered, signed for by the manager, then strangely placed in a remote laundry storage room! It took me a couple of days and an Apple AirTags to finally locate it!
My other criticism was that I was not informed there was no made service (perhaps I needed to request it?). They did replace my towels after three nights, but did not make the bed...
Other than those outliers, it's a good hotel, at a good price, perfectly located for what I needed."
