"The property itself is wonderful. I received no communication regarding check in, and found out upon arrival that to receive my room key, I needed to call the property for a code. My suggestion would be that they send the code prior to check in with an explanation of how to use it. I would stay there again."

"I flew in to Frankfurt at 9pm and my flight was at 11am the next day so I needed a hotel !!!! I didn’t want to stay in one of the attached airport hotels so I started looking online. When I saw this hotel on Expedia, I booked it! Taxi drivers wanted to charge me 22€ to get there but I went by Uber so 11€ plus tip!! Checking in was easy as the gentleman doing it was GREAT !!!!! The room was great!!!! Appeared to be newly renovated and all including shower was wonderful ! Breakfast Buffet...

"Room clean, though little resemblance to published photos. No air conditioning (not ideal in 38 degree heat). Middle of red light area. So you have to pick your way through people shooting up with drugs outside and all manner of adult industry businesses. Great, if that’s your thing. Unfortunately not ours!"

"The rooms were gorgeous and it’s in a really beautiful location with lots of great dining a couple streets away. We were there on a Saturday night and excited we could eat well and people watch but then go somewhere quiet to sleep. Not a big lounge or sitting area outside of the apartment. The reception is small and breakfast area small. But the suites are lovely so you don’t really need that."

"This service apartment is perfectly stay for our family. It’s easy access to check in all interesting places & right next to shopping center in downtown. We will finally choose this place for our next trip to come back to Frankfurt."

"Very clean and new room. Well equipped kitchen. A big supermarket is behind the hotel and there are some restaurants nearby. A train station is about 3-4 minutes walk from the hotel and it’s very fast to get to downtown by the train (3 stops from the main train station). I recommend the hotel very much if you stay near the airport."
