"La propiedad no es apta si viajas con alguna mascota, las cabañas son de tamaño pequeña solo para dos personas Max, al llegar pudimos notar que la habitación no había sido refrescada, no había papel de baño, shampoo etc. La cama es acogedora y el aire acondicionado estaba en buenas condiciones pudimos descansar. "Courteous staff and well maintained property. The rooms are nice and the location is Lagoon Front. The Breakfast was very good despite a small selection. The Bacalar Lagoon is a must see and I would highly recommend the Lagoon water tour. Overall, we would definitely return to the Cristalino."
