"Lovely hotel and friendly staff"

"Stayed with my husband for a 2 day break in Chester ( this hotel was recommended by our son who stayed there a few weeks ago )As soon as we walked in were very nicely greeted . We were early so were offered to leave our case which we did .The last hotel we stayed at , we had to sit in our car until check in . The room was lovely and comfortable . Bathroom really nice . We had a few drinks in the bar and the bar staff were really nice . Made cocktails for me which weren’t listed . In all everyone was lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay . Would definitely stay there again ."

"We stsyed in the annexe which was a few minutes walk from the hotel. It was spacious and well equipped. Beds were large and comfortable and it was a quiet road but not far from shops."
