"Upon my arrival the front desk rep offered me a room on the first floor rather than my original 2d floor. That was nice because I have trouble walking and I was traveling with a pet. Along those lines, your pet fee is very reasonable...definitely a pet-friendly location. One thing that would help but probably too expensive to add...automatic doors. A bit of a struggle getting a loaded cart into the hotel with manual doors. "

"The place was clean and friendly. They were wonderful to us and our fur baby which hands down won our hearts! The breakfast and breakfast staff were wonderful. My only gripe is the bed was horrible it was absolutely hard with no softness for comfort. This one was beyond the firm. I don't know how they could have fixed that. Maybe they have a soft, medium, or firm selection. I should have asked. So, room 332 bed is uncomfortable."
