"Good location in the centre of the city. Room design was well considered, but the amount of space given to bathroom was too generous at the expense of the bedroom. Also, there was insufficient space for hanging clothes."

"It is a nice, mountain hotel. In my experience they tend to be more rustic, not as modern, and this one was that. However it was a very nice option in a small, quiet town. I think the toiletries could have been a little better, but overall I am happy with my stay here. The breakfast buffet was wonderful."

"Nos quedamos tres días (2 noches) y consideramos que es un buen lugar para pasar la noche dado que está muy bien ubicado, queda al lado de la estación de trenes y de la zona turística, lamentablemente cuando entré por primera vez a la habitación encontré que habían orinado en el baño de mi habitación y no bajaron el agua, además de la alergia que me dio (seguramente por los ácaros). En general está bien, nos llevaron la plancha y la mesa de planchar cuando la solicitamos, en ese tiempo nos dejaron 4 bolsas de te y 1 sachet de café para usar con la cafetera que está en la habitación, además de una botella de agua de bienvenida."

"We (me and my 2 sons) really enjoyed our 3-night stay at this hotel. The staff are all very helpful despite me not having more than a few words of German. They were all very polite and seemed happy to be working there which gave the place a really nice atmosphere. Our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Our room was trackside with a balcony giving a full view of the start / finish straight of the Grand Prix track plus a few of the early corners of the Nordschleife. The track action starts early,(8am) on all 3 mornings we were there (late May 2026) which we all loved as petrolheads but if having a lie-in is your thing I'd ask for a room on the front of the hotel as the cars and bikes were loud. The choice at breakfast was plentiful and all very fresh - if your room rate doesn't include it I would definitely add it 100%. We also ate at the restaurant one evening. We ordered the steak, Dorint burger and the Adenauer pan (pork tenderloin with sauteed potatoes, green beans and subtle pepper sauce in case you're wondering). All delicious and good value for money. We will definitely book to stay again on our next trip to the Ring."

"Room was clean, but air conditioning is not that great. Breakfast was very good and staff kept replenishing food. There is parking on site, but it was full, so I was directed to park at a nearby garage (3 min walk) which ended up being cheaper than the hotel parking lot."

"Cold breakfast but a large selection of cerial yogurt.tea/coffe bread cold meats anx cheese and fruits. Check in is 2pm because there its NO staff ar frknt desk... so if you get there early you can't leave your bag in storage and go exploring.. si me and the other big group that arrived in the dashed train had to go to the pub next door have lunch... then they wanted to go to the pub accross the road.. but 3 5hrs is a king time to wait..... very close to station which is handy. "
