Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet und gemütlich.Leider ist der Webauftritt irreführend, suggeriert er doch in Karte und Entfernungsangabe, dass die Ferienwohnung in Bad Ems sei, während sie tatsächlich im 2 km entfernten Fachbach ist. Auch die Buchungsbestätigung der Vermittlerfirma enthielt die falsche Adresse."

"Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in diesem gepflegten Haus. Der Check- in per Code und die Kommunikation per WhatsApp ist unkompliziert und angenehm. Auf der Straße ist werktags bis 18:00h 1 Stunde parken via Parkscheibe, dass reicht zum Gepäckausladen etc.. das Apartment ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit schönen alten Dielen und hohen Decken, das Bett sehr bequem. "We stayed here for 10 days we had excellent communication with the owner. Check in was super easy . The house is amazng ver spacous 5 minute walk to the station, taking u direct into koblenz, a clean, tidy and quiet area. The house is fully equipped. Would definitely recommend and would definitely go back again "

"Asked for and received a Rhine river facing balcony room. Well worth the extra cost. Desk staff was pleasant and always helpful. Beer & wine available in lobby area which is also where an excellent breakfast is each morning with indoor and outdoor seating. Short walk to Deutches Ecke. Restaurants very nearby or a 10-15 minute walk to a charming vehicle free multi block shopping area. "
