Der Neubau wurde in energieeffizienter und nachhaltiger Bauweise erstellt. Alle Wohnungen haben einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Pelhamer See, die Chiemgauer Alpenkette und den gestalteten Garten. Pelham befindet sich im ältesten Naturschutzgebiet Bayerns, der Chiemgauer Seenplatte. Unzählige Wander- und Radwege laden ein, in herrlicher Natur Kraft zu schöpfen. Neben den 17 Eiszeitseen erreichen Sie den Chiemsee in knapp 15 Minuten. Pelham ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt, ob Badeurlaub am See, Golfen, Segeln, Bergtouren, Ausflüge nach München oder Salzburg (mit Bahn oder Auto 60 Min.), alles liegt in der Nähe.
