Loved the stay. Apartment was very new and looked exactly like the photographs, with an amazing view of the mountains from the balcony. Owner was very kind as well in letting us check out late with no fuss. Apartment was a short 7min drive to Bad Gastein center. 10/10 would recommend.

This place is first rate, would absolutely stay again. It appears to be brand new, and everything was in impeccable, perfect condition. The owner was extremely friendly and accommodating - he dealt with our late check-in, invited us to a local event (New Year's Eve fireworks!), and allowed us a late checkout to help us deal with a complicated family situation. Shower is beautiful, kitchen area is great, beds comfortable, and really nice coffee maker setup. The area is not particularly walkable, as you are not in the town, but the hotel is along a main road and is very easy to drive to. Great view of mountains of Bad Gastein, and only 5-10 minutes drive into town. Owner spoke perfect English, in case that's important to you. :)

Imagine if the sweetest guy you ever met had a cute little hotel suite type hotel that is centrally located, clean, bright, modern and super duper friendly and that's Ibrahim and Auhof. We immediately booked a 2nd night and may even stay a third!

Watch out for scams

The place was great, and the hosts were friendly. However, after we left, they insisted that we hadn't paid yet for the stay. We had paid via hotels.com, with receipts to prove it. They said we still owed the full amount though, and requested my credit card info (red flag) or a bank payment. I told them I had already paid, then ignored the invoice they sent me. It's possible it was a misunderstanding on their end, but I would be cautious about this place and watch out for potential scams...

Tolles Apartment mit bizarrer Check-In-Erfahrung

Nur durch Kommunikation mit anderen Gästen konnten wir den richtigen Klingelknopf finden, um den Hausmanager aus seiner Wohnung herbeizurufen, der nur gebrochenes Englisch spricht. Unsere Buchung war ihm nicht bekannt und schimpfte auf die Buchungsplattform. Nach einigem Hin und Her in einem Kellerraum mit der IT-Einrichtung konnte noch ein Zimmer organisiert werden, allerdings nur, da es ein No-Show gab. Also nur Glück gehabt. Der Herr blieb jedoch immer freundlich. Auf die Frage nach dem bei Buchung in Aussicht gestellten Frühstück gab es nur Verwunderung. Das gäbe es gar nicht und man müsste zum nächstgelegenen Supermarkt fahren. Bei der Buchung wurde aber ein Frühstück für 15 Euro pro Person angeboten. Auf dem Zimmer konnte man per prominentem QR-Code einen Frühstücksservice aufrufen, der aber dann laut Website doch nicht agierte. Auf einem Samstagabend war für uns nichts mehr an Lebensmitteln zu organisieren, so dass wir mit einem frühen Check-Out anderweitig frühstücken waren. Das Apartment selbst ist neuester Baustandard. Die Dokumente im Zimmer sind nur auf Englisch und Arabisch (?) ausgeführt. Der Fernseher verfügt nur über diverse Streamingdienste und nicht die übliche Senderauswahl. Insgesamt eine sehr gemischte Erfahrung, die wir so in Anbetracht anderer Bewertungen nicht erwartet hätten.

Leider hat die Registrierung über ebookers anscheinend nicht geklappt. Keiner der anwesenden Pesonen konnte weder Deutsch noch Englisch. Nach 3 anrufen haben wir den Verantwortlichen erreicht und gute 30 Minuten später war er vor Ort. Ibrahim war sehr freundlich und hatte sich für dieses Missverständnis mehrfach entschuldigt. Die Wohnungen war toll, doch die Spinnweben müssten nicht sein (sieht man wahrscheinlich nur bei Kunstlicht) Im grossen und ganzen ein gutes Domizil.

Auhof ist eine sehr saubere und schöne Unterkunft. Das Personal ist auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten beim einchecken allerdings Probleme gehabt, da diese Unterkunft keine Rezeption besitzt. Es wird leider nicht auf den Reisepotalen angezeigt, dass man sich vorbei (24 Stunden vor Ankunft) bei der Unterkunft melden soll, damit diese auf Grund der fehlenden Rezeption alles für den Checkin vorbereiten kann. Wichtig ist auch zu beachten, dass nur auf Englisch eine Unterhaltung möglich ist. Ansonsten eine super Unterkunft und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder dort her.

Appartement exceptionnel

Petit appartement avec un grand lit double, un canapé qui se déplie pour faire un lit, une table pour 4 et une kitchinette. Salle de bain tres soignée. Presence d une petite terrasse. Grande qualité des matériaux, bien insonoré. Le tout d une propreté irréprochable. Je recommande vivement.

Vi have blot en enkelt overnatning på vej videre, men det er super fine faciliteter. Alt var nyrenoveret og virkelig flot. Lidt bøvlet at man skal huske at ringe 24 timer før ankomst, men alt andet var super👍.

아파트에 도착했을 때 건물이 두 개 있었는데 정면에서 봤을 때 왼쪽에 있는 아파트가 숙소였음. 아파트 이름이 없어서 처음에 당황했으나 전화를 통해 쉽게 해결할 수 있었음. 주인이 아파트 1층에 거주함. 숙소는 청결했고 주차 공간도 넉넉했음. 개별 세탁기 및 건조대가 아파트에 없었던 점과 난방이 아쉬웠음.

Alles sehr modern und sauber. Die Zimmer sind perfekt ausgestattet. Vor allem die E-Ladesäulen vor der Haustüre sind optimal für alle Elektroautofahrer.
