"Hotel a oblast jsme si vybrali s dětmi 4 a 5 let kvůli wellness a herně ve spojení s možností lyžování. Celý pobyt byl úžasný, jídlo a personál na jedničku. Jediné co bychom trochu zlepšili je teplota v dětské herně, ale chápeme, že to není jednoduché. Velmi děkujeme za krásné prostředí ve kterém jsme mohli ztrávit Vánoce."

"This was one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at. There is not even a ramp to take your baggage in from the car which is parked away. The staff were unfriendly unhelpful and had a generally bad attitude. The rooms were cramped and the whole hotel felt cramped. The staff at the restaurant wanted you to eat and go as fast as posssible. All in all terrible experience "

"This place was interesting as we booked it as a hotel, although it was a wellness and rehabilitation centre too. So breakfast was different, caleries we noted on each breakfast food offered, and others seemed to look at us strangely as we came and went. Otherwise is a good location and nice room."

"We chose this hotel for the second time. Half-board was good. We enjoyed the swimming pool. Room was ok, the equipment a bit older, but the view was amazing. Parking in a parking house next to the hotel - higher cars as ours have to use the upper entrance which is about 5 minutes drive (no signs, receptionist told us where to go). "

"The pillows and beds were very uncomfortable. The furniture setting seemed to be an afterthought. One of the sconce light fixtures was directly above where your pillow goes, and kept hitting my head on it. The sofa next to the bed is too large, and seems unnecessary, with a set of bunk beds in the space. The bathroom was nice, clean and large. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The amenities at the main hotel (spa), were great. "

"Good: Location great near a few bars restaurants and waterfall. Easy access to ski lifts and bus, train for journeys. First class bakery opposite. Spa and pool great. Library very attractive and comfortable. Common kitchen useful from time to time. Breakast good. Not so good but ok: If kitchen users could please dry and put crockery and pots away rather than stack and leave. Bedding not changed for a week. Special: Superb staff. Especially Julia. "The main hotel pool area and the waterfall view are the best part. Stayii g in the residents part af the hotel is awful. The walk to the main hotel is steep and a couple of blocks. Housekeeping didn't make the beds and didn't even bothered to show up the next day. Carpeting was dirty and stained. Floors could have been cleaned. I would stay someplace else."
