Awesome experience. Already planning to stay again

very nice and tide place

Loved everything about our stay except the shower door. It was difficult to keep the water in the tub.

Incredible views and clean rooms. Walking distance to town, the cable car and the ferry port.

Book the Holz suite! We had such a magnificent view over the lake and woke up to a gorgeous sunrise that you really can't put a pricetag too. Sandra took care of all our needs & was super attentive, she accommodated our check-out requests and also gave us plenty of tips about the town. We communicated primarily over WhatsApp. I really appreciated all the personal touches! I also highly enjoyed the ridiculously high-quality bespoke speakers they installed in this cottage: we put on some classical...

We really enjoyed Maria and Wolfgang a lot they r so delightful and friendly. They welcomed us with open arms and warmth. We hope to go back and stay at their wonderful place again highly recommend. The best of the best during our stay in Austria Love always

We enjoyed staying at the hotel. The room is clean and breakfast is super delicious and healthy with lots of varieties of meat, egg dishes, bread types, etc. The personnel is very friendly and eager to help. We truly enjoyed our stay in the hotel and wanted to extend our stay for 1 more night but unfortunately no rooms were available. We shall definitely be back !

Absolutely amazing!!

Always a pleasure to visit Mondi Chalets and Grundlsee. Great staff and service. Room could use better aircon.

Very nice hotel, excellent breakfast, nice room.

The hotel was very clean throughout the property. The spa had 3 different saunas and plenty of relaxation rooms in the common area. A private sauna inside the room. The manager couple takes pride of their hard work. Breakast buffet provides good selection of local bread and variety of pastries and cold cuts. The dining area has nice atmosphere with good view of the mountain peaks. We would stay again.

Excellent stay. Great experience.

Beautiful hotel, very welcoming and professional, smiling staff. The room was huge and beautiful, with a sauna on the HUGE balcony! Wow… the only thing I would change is the mattress, it could have been so much sweeter with a memory foam mattress… but no necessarily uncomfortable… Also, pay attention to the office hours of the front desk, after a certain time of day, you cannot reach anyone at the front desk. Just be aware. Otherwise, I highly recommend this lovely place!

Was great! We loved it here Had a little issue with check in , we got in late from a flight and needed to call for help

Staff was very friendly, clean, attractive room, great breakfast and close, short walk to the cable car/skiing.
