The benedict at the Pyramid cafe was the worst ever. Everything at Tender restaurant was the best ever, in particular the shrimp on polenta. No coffee in room. Absolutely terrible check-in process.

Location is great for an early morning flight. Rooms basic but comfortable and quiet. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The hot drink machine on the 5th floor was good and Bloc's key card provides restaurant food discounts.

I highly recommend this excellent Hotel it’s so clean..Staff so helpful front desk & especially to night shift duty helping out luggage’s. Outdoor so clean although we don’t used the pool.
