Das gesamte Treppenhaus ist marode, Putz bröckelt in grossen Flächen von der Wand. Schmutzig und voll Spinnenweben. Der erste Eindruck ließ uns zurück schrecken. In der Wohnung waren die Schlafräume und das Wohnzimmer in Ordnung Jedoch gingen 3 der 4 Nachttischlampen nicht. Die vierte leuchtete nur schwach. Waren alle Batterie betrieben. Wenn man mit zwei Autos kommt, dann muss man mit einem Auto auf der Straße parken, auf der man praktisch nie einen freien Parkplatz findet…genug Platz, einen zweiten Wagen auf dem Grundstück zu parken wäre allemal, nur ist das nicht erwünscht."

"Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen mit Nähe zu einem Lebensmittelladen (Netto) und zum Pfaffenteich. Die Wohnung ist niedlich eingerichtet und man kann dort super ein paar tolle Tage verbringen, um Schwerin zu erkunden. Mein einziges Manko wäre, dass die Fenster im Schlaf/Wohnbereich zur Straße ausgerichtet sind, sodass es recht laut war. (Auch nach 22 Uhr in der Woche)"
