The property was very convenient to the historic center of Wismar, but had elevators and convenient parking. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the convenience of its location.

Extremely helpful staff

I had a medical emergency and a personal issue whilst i was at the hotel. The staff were excellent in dealing with all my issues, cannot thank them enough for the help and support received during my stay

ok but not more than that

Overall ok hotel, nothing special. The restaurant good, bar excellent and very good service there. Furnishings in the room (junior suite) very low quality, Ikea style quality. Water leaking from shower to the bathroom floor and simple plastic cover for the shower area. Very low quality furniture, especially in the bathroom. Bottom of towel cabinet had gotten wet earlier and showed the damage. The bed nice and the room ok even though using the word "suite" for it is very misleading. Just a decent large room.

Schönes Hotel in toller Lage

Das Hotel war super, Service sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Tolle Lage direkt am Hafen und vor der Innenstadt mit viel gratis Parkplätzen in der Nähe. 1 Stern Abzug, weil die Buchung von Hotels.com nicht im Hotelsystem vorhanden war und dies für uns und den Service sehr aufwändig war.
