"Perfect size and location for our family with children. Beautiful alpine modern design with full amenities. Open floor layout. Great views of the town and mountains. Bedrooms are spacious. Sauna was being used after days of skiing. Close to Garmisch Classic ski area. Very convenient location to town and grocery store. Everything is exceptionally clean. In-unit laundry came in handy with the kids. Very responsive host. Highly recommend, would love to stay again!"

"The well equipped and beautiful designed house, A lot of space and a great sauna once it was hot (because that took a while) . Nice view on the mountains and nice to park your car next to the house The sleeping rooms are very hot. Even with the windows all open it is impossible to cool them just a little bit and we did not have hot summer weather."

"Beautiful chalet, wonderful amenities, close to town but not in a busy area! Only detractors were immediate vicinity to train tracks behind the property, and lack of simple appliance instructions for non-EU renters. Host is fantastic and very responsive!"

"Das Chalet war wunderschön eingerichtet und alles, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht, war vorhanden. Wir haben zu dritt sehr bequem dort gewohnt, zeitweise waren wir auch zu fünft - was auch noch sehr entspannt war, da es ausreichend Ecken gab, in die man sich zurückziehen konnte - gleichzeitig aber auch die Möglichkeit, gemeinsam zu Essen, zu spielen oder auf dem Sofa zu sitzen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!"

"This is an authentic Austrian guesthouse with so much character and charm. We loved everything about it!! The staff were wonderful and even accommodated my brothers gluten free dietary requirements. Don’t hesitate to book this amazing place surrounded by the Alpes and meadows covered in wildflowers. It’s only a short drive to Mittenwald . We had half board and enjoyed a wonderful breakfast and excellent dinner. I give it 10/10"

"The hotel was quaint but charming. Check in was quick, and receptionist was very friendly. The hotel was walking distance to restaurants and shops. Our room was a large king but the bed was low on the floor unlike more modern style beds. But the mattress was comfortable enough. "

"Very clean and comfortable room. Great breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice. Staff friendly and helpful. Location was good. You could walk into town or take the bus which stops in front of the hotel. Parking was free. Quite a few spaces but it does get full. Highly recommend this hotel."

"Imon at check in was wonderful. We ask his opinion on several options for dinner. He called a made a reservation for us. We were even afforded umbrellas since it was raining. Imon made our stay a little better. A wonderful employee!"

Unexpected pleasant surprise!

"This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. Much different than the best Western hotels of old in the United States. Extremely clean and well appointed. Nice bar with great seating area very close to the center of town but a little bit off the beaten path with easy parking. Very accessible rooms with elevator and nice modern shower front desk. Staff was extremely helpful."
