"This hotel is right downtown, an easy walk away from the main rail station. It is located on a busy city square full of park benches, outside dining and a tram stop. In just a few hundred meters you will get to the Erfurt Catherdral and other attractions such as the Krämer Brigde. The hotel is brand spanking new and therefore everything looks neat and is on working order. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast is self-serve buffet style with everything you would want to start the day. I can only recommend picking H2 Erfurt for your stay there."

Two – it’s in the basement requiring older people to carry and find their way without any instructions. Seem careless, and this was the general attitude of the staff towards their guestsa "

"It’s a nice hotel but the room was not clean. There were many hairs on the bathroom floor, in the shower and on the toilet seat. I mentioned to reception at checkout and they just said “oh sorry”.
