Wir hatten ein Zimmer in der Villa. Der WLAN Empfang war dort nicht gut. Empfang und Versenden von E-Mails nur über eigens eingerichteten Hotspot möglich. Terrasse vom Zimmer aus nicht ebenerdig erreichbar, man muss über den erhöhten Fensterrahmen steigen. Am Fernseher und Badezimmerspiegel Schlieren vom Putzen erkennbar, ebenso einen Ansteckpin auf dem Fußboden vom Vorgänger vorgefunden. Kaltschaummatratze, da ich Federkern gewohnt bin, bezüglich der Weiche sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Frühstück wirkt funktionell. Hier wären Brötchen/Brotkörbe und größere Teller schön. Vom Personal an der Rezeption hätte ich aufgrund der Sterne mehr positive Ausstrahlung erwartet. Positiv hervorzuheben sind die Kaffeeautomaten in den Hauptbereichen des Hotels, wo jederzeit heißes Wasser, Café Crema und Espresso kostenlos zur Verfügung steht. Schade dass die anderen gängigen Kaffeespezialitäten dort nicht erhältlich sind. Der Saunabereich ist angenehm gestaltet. Es gibt eine kleine Ecke wo frisches Obst, Wasser sowie Studentenfutter und getrocknetes Obst bereitgestellt ist, welches regelmäßig nachgefüllt wird. In der Umgebung befinden sich fußläufig diverse Restaurants.

Schmutziges Wasser aus dem Wasserhahn

Leider entsprach mein Zimmer nicht den Erwartungen: In nahezu jeder Ecke befanden sich Spinnennetze, was auf eine mangelnde Reinigung hinweist. Aus dem Wasserhahn kam leicht gelbliches Wasser mit schwarzen Partikeln, was mir leider erst am zweiten Tag auffiel. Aufgrund der Verunreinigung habe ich es vermieden, mein Gesicht oder meine Hände damit zu waschen, und selbst zum Zähneputzen habe ich lieber Wasser aus der Flasche verwendet.

Das Hotel ist okay, aber für den Preis zu teuer. Das Personal beim Frühstück ist super nett und zuvorkommend. Leider ist dafür das Personal an der Rezeption nicht immer so freundlich und lösungsorientiert. Die Decke in Zimmer ist viel zu dünn für den Winter. Die Lüftung war so laut das das Einschlafen schwierig wurde. In dem Wellnessbereich gib es nie Handtücher und der Bademantel wird auch nicht gewechselt, beim Aufenthalt von 3 Nächten.

Das Personal war nett und freundlich, nur leider viel zu wenig Personal beim Frühstück, so dass viele Dinge erst nach langer Wartezeit aufgefüllt wurden. Das Geschirr war leider nicht sauber. Im Wellnessbereich war es leider nur möglich was zu essen, wenn man es telefonisch bestellt und dann saß man leider in einer leblosen Ecke, wo die Theke nicht mehr besetzt wird, wahrscheinlich wegen Personalmangel. Sehr schade, denn ich denke das einige die Möglichkeit dort zu essen wahrnehmen würden, wenn das Ambiente stimmt. In den Ruheräumen gab es leider viel zu wenig decken, so dass man nach der Sauna ohne Decke auf der Liege lag. Wir werden nicht wiederkommen.

Die Bautätigkeit im Spa Bereich sowie wie die Nutzung als Durchgang für Handwerkerkolonnen. Hierüber hätte im Vorfeld informiert werden müssen. Häufig nutzte dieser Personenkreis auch den Weg vorbei an den textilfreien Saunen. Eine Frechheit.

Super Frühstück und bequemes Bett

Sehr schöner Spa Bereich und sehr gutes Frühstück mit einer guten Qualität. Ich fühlte mich sehr wohl. Die Schlafdecke ist mir leider zu dünn und daher nicht so bequem und warm zum schlafen.
