The hotel is in a quiet location with free parking. At check in the host gave us a menu for the restaurant on site. He said to pick anything on the menu and he would cook it for us. We are so glad we took him up on his offer as the food was delicious. The breakfast buffet was really good too.

Good clean hotel with free parking in a quiet area

Stayed again for one night and i had a good sleep in a clean spacey room. Friendly staff and as always a good breakfast. Easy check out and free parking spots right next door. I recommend this hotel. Also a good pizzeria nearby. See you next year

A little Swiss getaway

Really enjoyed our 1 night stay here with my wife. The younger receptionist seemed a bit perturbed when we arrived, but then was just fine and friendly the next day. The room was clean, enjoyed the shower, and the breakfast was absolutely fantastic. A great stay for the price. Just watch out, for 2 people in the vicinity, you won't find dinner for less than 100 euros.

Nice small hotel

This is a small hotel at the top edge of Bad Ragaz. It's quite charming in its way and we had a good week here - skiing. I would be happy to stay again. We only saw two staff/owners here - both were very welcoming and helpful - anything we asked they were only too happy to help. We asked for a few relatively simple things - an early breakfast on the last day to leave for a flight - this was no problem, and if we could borrow a Swiss power adaptor - again no problem. Wifi - an essential in a modern hotel - was fast, easy to connect, and gave no problems all week. They have a different network on each floor (same password) and it was very efficient. Breakfast - there was a good variety and it was well laid out. One chap kept it in very good order and I'm sure that he would be happy to do other things if asked. A nice touch was that they had tea/coffee etc. on in the afternoon as well, which made it pleasant to sit downstairs after the day's skiing catching up on work emails. Parking - there are some allocated spaces a short way further up the street. However - there aren't that many, and one night we found they were all full. That night I had to find a space in town. I asked the guy on reception the following day and he said there was a private space opposite I could have used - parking spaces in Switzerland are very tightly controlled. This is something to ask about on arrival. I've said a little more on Trip Advisor.

Very noisy if anyone use bathroom or talk to other room you can hear it. Online it shows a 700 SF suite but the suite won’t be more than 300 sf. In Secon room only a bed and a small table could fit with no ventilation. No bed sheets only mattress covers when asked for bedsheets i was told told it would be 10 euro for each bedsheet. Won’t recommend.

Highly over rated. I felt like being scammed!

Extreemely high priced compared to 2.5 star actual quality! Gives the impression of being some kind of luxuory hotel, but is not. The recepcion is a boot, and not manned after certain hours. Small and poor room and bathroom compared to any 50-60 euro hotel anywhere else! I want my money back!!!

A nice hotel with a good price/quality ratio

Unless you keep your expectations high, you’ll like this hotel. It’s a small hotel in an old building in a small town. Furnitures in the room are pretty old too but cleanness is good. Breakfast served in the morning was good as well- but again don’t keep your expectations too high.
