"If you are looking for a location where you can sit outside comfortably with your own family, look elsewhere. The apartment is upstairs, and has no balcony. Inside it is very new and clean. The location is a bit of a mess, weeds all over the place, a rusty sign outside, not very welcoming. The pool is in front of the owner’s house and you have to ask them to be able to go in. "The hotel was comfortable. It was conveniently located in the same building complex as SCheck market which is very handy for buying drinks, breakfast, fruit etc. It was also locate across the street from the tram, train and bus station and only 2 stops away from Heidelberg Hauptbahnhof and 2 stops from Stadt Bismarckplatz. We rented 2 rooms for 2 and 3 occupancy. The third bed was a pull out single sofa bed. The hotel did not provide daily room service but provided fresh towels and replenishment of coffee when requested. Overall, it was a good location and comfortable for a short stay. Staff were friendly and helpful."

"Everything was clean and well maintained. The views from our room were wonderful. Great location with easy walking access to so many great places to shop, eat, or just see. My family had two rooms, and since they were across the hall from each other we got to see the castle view and the city view. My photos don’t do it justice."
