"The staff are lovely and the location is great The rooms are dated and need refurbishment. The bed was uncomfortable and the king size bed was covered with two small sheets rather than one big one. The sink had a big crack in it. I wouldn’t have sold that room with that sink. There’s a lot of noise from restaurant patrons leaving and the people in the rooms above made a lot of noise at 2am. The restaurant is amazing and made up for the room. However, breakfast on the weekend is from 8am which is not acceptable in this day and age. We had to leave without eating. "

"Perfect. We used for a stop over from uk to poland. Arrived late, very friendly and helpful check in. Great room and nights sleep. Breakfast was excellent, staff also very friendly and generous. We will definitely stay over here again next time. "

"Everything was clean and modern. The staff was very friendly and while it is not a particularly kid focused hotel, the kids (6 and 8) were always welcome and accomodated. Breakfast was perfect and the two dinners we had in the reataurant were excellent. It was our first stay but we are already planning to come back. The only downfall was the small bathroom sink. "

"The Hotel Restaurant Bullerdieck was a really wonderful place to stay as we researched family history in Neustadt am Rubenberge. The room and bathroom were very comfortable,very clean and well appointed. The staff were extremely helpful and the food and service in the restaurant exceptional. Breakfast was all we could wish for and a great way to start the day. I would definitely recommend the Hotel to anyone."
