  • Located at an altitude of 850m, this renovated independent house of character combines the old and the modern in a setting conducive to rest on the heights of the Goul valley, This cottage has a terrace and an unfenced grounds. At R.d.Ch. Kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, small equipment, filter coffee maker and senseo, living room and laundry room washing machine and dryer, plus a bedroom with 140 bed with shower area and sink. WC. Upstairs 2 bedrooms, one with a 160 cm bed each with a shower room and toilet. This region lends itself to outdoor activities: hiking (Puy de Banne, Plomb du Cantal, Brezons valley, Truyère gorges...) cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, downhill skiing in Lioran (30km), water sports in the Laussac peninsula, nearby you can visit the villages of Salers, Tournemire, Conques, Marcolès, as well as the castles of Pesteil, Méssilhac and Vallon, not to mention the village of Pailherols with its inns and its cross-country skiing centre.
