"The room was clean, but the mini fridge was left unplugged and someone left food in it so it continued to make the room smell horrible. We had to wait a while at the front desk, because the lady was outside and didn’t hear the bell ring multiple times. Didn’t like that the door was a key. "Lovely hotel in the perfect location, however a few things fell short for a hotel at this price. Eg the toiletries, very basic hair/shower gel, no separate shampoo or conditioner. The shower head was set up in a way that you’re basically standing up against the wall to get under the water. There was a dirty rag left from the cleaners in the cupboard."
