You have to use a separate entrance after 3pm, which nobody explained to me so i was locked out of the hotel and had to call customer service. Shampoo and conditioner, multiple charging outlets where you need them, supplies available for restocking the kitchenette and linens. Check in and out easy and communication with staff before and during the stay was excellent through the app."
