"Das Haus, Zimmer und die komplette Anlage sind sehr zu empfehlen, sie liegt in Mitten der wunderschönen Weinfelder. Es ist alles sehr sauber. Wir waren mit 2 Jugendlichen vor Ort, denen es auch super gefallen hat. Die Eltern der Gastgeberin sind super nett und haben sich reibungslos um alles gekümmert. Wir wurden bei Ankunft mit Verpflegung empfangen und zwischendurch wurde selbstgemachter Kuchen und Obst angeliefert. Nach einer Woche haben wir frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher bekommen. Gegen eine kleine Gebühr konnte man auch die Waschmaschine nutzen, diese steht freizugänglich draußen. Ein Highlight ist der liebevoll gepflegte 12 Meter lange Pool. Es gibt genügend Liegen mit Schatten, was bei den Temperaturen auch schon sehr hilfreich war. Zum nächsten Dorf sind es gute 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Hier gibt es eine hervorragende Pizzeria mit Aussicht. Die Preise sind super human. Mit dem Auto ist man in den größeren Städten wie Lucca in ungefähr einer Stunde. Ein Bus fährt auch, allerdings kommt dieser nicht so häufig am Tag. Wer einen ausgeglichenen Mix aus Ruhe und Sightseeing sucht ist hier genau richtig."

"Location au top. Tout correspondait à la description. La piscine est fabuleuse. L’accueil de nos hôtes inattendu. Mara et Franco sont généreux dans tous les sens du terme. C’est le meilleur accueil que nous ayons eu de toutes nos locations. Nous espérons pouvoir y revenir lors de notre prochain voyage en Toscane. Nous vous recommandons ce séjour chaleureusement. "Super schönes Anwesen mit Weitblick auf die toskanische Umgebung.Pool zur Alleinbenutzung, Waschhaus mit Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner, einen Gemüsegarten und eine Tischtennisplatte.Alle Schlafräume sowie die Küche vollklimatisiert.Stefano und Marta sind sehr nett und helfen wo sie können.Überdachter PKW Abstellplatz ist auch vorhanden.Wir fanden es riesig hier, und kommen gerne wieder."

"This was the best stay my family and I have ever experienced. The staff were accommodating, helpful, and extremely kind. They provided a list of restaurants nearby if we couldn’t eat at their restaurant, provided beverage and food service poolside, and clean towels for each of us. The room was fantastic, clean with lots of space and plenty of amenities. The cooked-to-order breakfast was incredible as well. We felt very well taken care of during our stay and would absolutely stay here again! Thank you to the wonderful staff here at Laqua Vineyard, you made the end of our trip absolutely perfect."

"What a wonderful place to stay in the heart of Tuscany. The hotel is incredibly quiet, elegant and full of authentic charm. From the moment you walk through the beautiful entrance hall, you feel relaxed and welcome. The service was impeccable throughout my stay, warm, professional and genuinely caring. Breakfast every morning was excellent, with fresh meats, cheeses, fruit, juices and amazing freshly made coffee that made starting the day a pleasure. The hotel itself is surprisingly large, with spacious and very comfortable rooms. While the building keeps its historic character, it never feels old-fashioned. The Piranesi-style artwork and classic interiors give it personality and atmosphere, while still feeling airy, clean and modern. The garden and pool area are absolutely beautiful and incredibly peaceful, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Tuscany or visiting the thermal baths. The location is also ideal. The terme are only a few minutes away on foot, and the main piazza with cafés and restaurants is equally close. For anyone wanting to enjoy Tuscany in a calm, authentic and strategic location, this hotel is an excellent choice. I would happily stay here again."

"Such a wonderful place. Maurizio and Stephania greeted us with a warm welcome and were very knowledgeable about the area and the best routes to Florence, livorno and Pisa. We had such a wonderful week at Luna cottage and it is now so special to us as we got engaged on the terrace. We wished we had booked longer and will definitely be back. Thank you both "
Terriciolla, Tuscany beautiful apartment with stunning views

"We arrived very late because every family in europe came to Italy on the day we arrived. We spent over 5 hours in a traffic jam on the Auto Pista. We couldn't find the key box, but a firemen helped us locate it, and then from then on it was smooth sailing. We stayed for a month, we did have a problem of blowing the circuit breakers because we had to many electrical items running at the same time. That was a easy fix.The wifi password is not in a box, it is on the bottom of the wifi router, which is sitting in plain sight.The boiler for hot water was turned off, but we just turned the switch on next to the boiler and we had hot water.There was plenty of parking available. We had a very good time and Jays Apt was part of it. Here is a tip, for Americans that rent apts over seas. I bought a Express VPN router and brought it with us to Terriccola, also a ROKU stick, I set it all up, and we watched US TV, Hulu, Apple TV, Netflix, ect. No problem, it was great.We would recommend Jays Apt to anyone thinking about staying in Terriccola. The price was right, and it is comfortable."
