The staff were wonderful. The hotel provided a fantastic breakfast with lots of choice. The hotel is in one of the main streets so very handy to see the sights and explore and close to many restaurants. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Charming little hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast is elaborate with fresh fruits, cold cuts and all sorts of pastries. The location could not be better. Highly recommend!

Expect to be completely immersed in a super historical and somewhat hard to find location. Make sure you have the time to walk the city. You won’t be disappointed. Once you get the typical European details sorted out like luggage, parking and stairs, it’s a place you’ll really enjoy with great staff and excellent customer service. I highly recommend this city and hotel.

Great spot in the heart of Volterra!

We loved this little hotel. The proprietors were very friendly and so helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The only negative is it is right on the main road and thus is very noisy at night if the windows are open.

The staff and owners were all amazing and super helpful throughout our stay. Parking is a bit challenging in the town, but with the help of the hotel, you can go all the way in front of the hotel, unload your luggage and go park the car in a remote parking. We are looking forward to going back to the same property next year!

I loved! The location is excellent, the staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast is delicious, and everything is very clean. I highly recommend it, and if I go back to Volterra, I'll definitely stay here again. My only complaints are that there is no elevator and the public parking lot is a little far away.

The Moretti family welcomed us as if we were guests in their home. We loved the garden cafe, the views were lovely and the servers were very sweet. Definitely visit the artisans around town, they like to talk about their craft. This stop was the highlight of our 3 week trip to Italy.

Great hotel in an excellent location in the centre of Volterra. Helpful, friendly staff. The whole place is spotlessly clean but needs modernising. I think the decor and standard is probably in line with other places nearby but falls short in 2024.
