Entramos por error en la zona ZTL porque leímos que era posible aparcar frente al hotel a descargar las maletas pero no es posible. Ellos pueden pasar una nota de tu matrícula por el sistema automático pero no garantizan evitar la multa. El chico fue muy directo. No se puede acceder, está prohibido y ellos no se hacen responsables si la multa te llega

Very helpful and friendly service during check in. Bad smell coming from bathroom but resolved after leaving windows open for an hour. The parking at 91m is NOT free as stated in the description. It is a paying public carpark. The free parking is 10 mins walking distance from the hotel.

We rented two rooms and were pleasantly surprised when we arrived and we had a common area with a kitchen and dinning area joining the rooms like a little apartment. The city is very hilly and to reach it from the hotel is an uphill walk but it is very close to everything. Rooms were clean and everything worked well. We parked in the P4 lot and you can walk but it is a bit far with luggage.

The property is close the center of the town. The person in charge of the check in was not very welcoming. She did not want to do the check in until 3:00 o’clock, and I approached her at 2:50. Expedia has the check in at 2:30 pm. She told us that Expedia has the wrong information including that there was a garden view when there isn’t. Please update the information on the site. Thank you!

We were somewhat disappointed at our arrival at Donna Nobile. The check in was just a desk in a bare room and a very perfunctory welcome given. The room we were sent to had no decoration and did not look like the photos. The toilet seat was cracked, the shower area leaked quite badly, and we were given paper cups for our cups of tea. It did sour our enjoyment of San Gimignano.

In a great location, with very easy check in and knowledgable staff. Reccommendations given for food and drinks and even a wine tasting- the lady couldn't be happier to help. Room had everything we needed, towels, toiletries, wifi and hairdryer. Spare pillows and blankets. Room also had a feidge, but no drinking water. Perhaps a little dated and no warning signs of steps or low celings! Overall, for a budget hotel it was perfect!

This is not a hotel but a bed and breakfast. We booked two rooms, which had a shared kitchen area. That’s fine but there was no way to lock the entrance into our area so anyone can and did enter our private area. There is no parking on site. The paid parking is a good three block home away. The person that checked us in did not explain or answer our questions regarding the rooms or parking.

Location was good. However, the air conditioner did not work in the room and when we went to find the manager (she was very difficult to get a hold of) she basically shrugged and said they had no fans available. My older son and I couldn’t stand the lack of airflow and ended up walking around the city at 4am just to cool off. The beds are basically roll away and collapse easy so be careful if you stay here. In addition parking is not free as described. Basically they say to take your car to the city’s free parking lot which is not close to the property and was full when we were there. We ended up paying $15 to park overnight. We would never stay here again.

San gimignano vaut le détour

Notre séjour s’est bien passé mais l’arrivée a été laborieuse,le gps nous amenait dans les rues piétonnes,il serait bien que la propriétaire donne un peu de renseignements pour arriver dans l’hôtel.autre point négatif il est mentionné parking sur place gratuit,il faut le supprimer sur l’annonce car il faut se Parker sur un parking payant 15€ pour la nuit !
