La prenotazione era in modalità non rimborsabile, dunque era legittima facoltà del titolare tenersi i soldi già incassati e respingere la richiesta. Ma in tanti anni che viaggio in giro per la Sicilia e per il mondo non mi era MAI capitato un gestore che a fronte di una grave emergenza non venisse incontro al cliente....
