The house may look small but with the game room in the basement and large yard in the back there was plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and relax. "My wife and I were taking each of our moms (70+) to Churchill Downs for Derby Week (Thurby) and we wanted a place where we could all stay together and yet have our own sleeping arrangements. This house was on point. We were able to relax in the living room, or in the kitchen/dining area when we wanted, but when it was time to get ready for the day or retire for the night, we could all retreat to our own rooms. "I loved the house but there were so many things wrong , it was hard to enjoy it. The cabin, porch,and grill were VERY dirty. Inside the floors were not mopped There were only seven forks( for up to 15 people.) I knew we would see a few bugs but i didn't count on multiple mice (which we saw every night) there were droppings and traps everywhere, so keep nothing on the counters! We never saw the dock it was to overgrown"

"The location was beautiful and peaceful. Only issues were massive amount of dead (and some still alive) flies and a kitchen lacking in some basics like dishwasher soap, basic spices, decent knife. Overall a pleasant experience though."

"The house was clean and centrally located for all of our planned activities. There was plenty of space and beds got a group of 9. There were tons of activities to do at the house. The one downside was the loft area was a little hot for sleeping."

"This house is in a cute historic neighborhood close to the capital. Perfect for morning and evening walks. Less than 10 minutes to Buffalo Trace distillery. House was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!"
