Villa on two levels (ground floor and garden level), located 2 km from the center of the medieval village of Bagnols-en-Forêt, in a quiet corner. On an enclosed plot of 15 ares. The place is sunny, the view unobstructed, not overlooked, while remaining close to other beautiful villas.

It is the ideal starting point to visit the many high-altitude Var villages or to undertake magnificent walks in the neighboring forests or to go and taste the pleasures of the beaches of Fréjus, Saint-Raphaël and Saint-Aygulf, while preserving the tumult coastal.

The villa is perfectly equipped and has a beautiful swimming pool with comfortable dimensions (11 m by 4.50 m), treated with salt.

On the ground floor on one level (ground floor), it can accommodate 4 people; with the additional garden level (RDJ), it can accommodate up to 8 people (maximum 4 adults).

The villa can be rented in whole or in part; the rates are mentioned below.

The two levels are never rented separately.

    Ground floor: 150 € / day - 750 € / week - 2625 € / month
    Ground floor + ground floor: add 20%.
April, October
    Ground floor: 215 € / day - 1075 € / week - 3765 € / month
    Ground floor + RDJ: add 20%
June, September
    Ground floor: 230 € / day - 1150 € / week - 4025 € / month
    Ground floor + RDJ: add 20%
July August
    Ground floor: 250 € / day - 1375 € / week - 4815 € / month

For stays of two weeks or more, a reduction may be applied on the rates.

Outside the months of July and August, for a small additional cost compared to the prices indicated, the swimming pool can be heated.

Bath towels, bed linen and villa cleaning are possible options.
